November's word of the month was "Resourceful."

The teachers and staff observe students, and when they catch them displaying good character -in this case being resourceful- they send the student's name to me and I give them an award and enter their name in a drawing for a grand prize. We had many resourceful little warriors! In November, I was able to give away McDonald's Ice cream cones, pies, French fries, and drinks from the Gassville McDonald's, plus a grand prize, a free kids meal at El Chico in Mountain Home. The grand prize winner for the month of November is a 4th grade student from Mrs. Crownover's class.

December's word of the month is "Creative".
