On March 2nd, fourth graders celebrated Read across America Day and the birthday of Dr. Seuss. Counselor Beth Cone, Cotter Mayor Peggy Hammack, and Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery shared their favorite Dr. Seuss books with the students.
